Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Educators (Teachers in Schools)
Abstract
This study aims to explore organizational citizenship behavior among teachers across various countries through a systematic review based on the PRISMA model by analyzing data of 14.834 teachers from several countries, including Indonesia, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. The study highlights factors influencing organizational citizenship behavior, such as leadership styles, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational justice. The findings indicate that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational justice are significantly and positively related to teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. Personal and intra-partner factors also play an important role in explaining variations in organizational citizenship behavior, with intra-organizational factors playing a dominant role. This research provides valuable insights into the significance of OCBin the context of teachers in school environments.
