The Law of the Sharia Banking System in Supporting the Real Sector of the National Economy
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide views, explanations and perspectives on the role and contribution of Islamic banking in the real sector business world in Indonesia, which is one of the countries with a Muslim majority population in the world. The existence and role of Islamic banking in Indonesia, both for the community and the large, medium and small industrial sectors, have a very significant impact and influence. This is due to the high demand of the community and business actors for Islamic banking services, both for strengthening capital and storing funds, which have become an important part of everyday life. The presence of Islamic banking in Indonesia takes on the role of banking that prioritizes the values of justice, welfare and economic equality, because Islamic banking uses the principle of profit sharing, this aims to guarantee social justice and does not set the principle of interest which will ultimately burden and harm one party, namely customers. The real sector is a real sector that can move and drive the wheels of the economy because it is able to produce goods and services that exist in people's lives.
