Studying the Role of Teachers’ Qualities in Students’ Learning in the View of Psychology and Educational Sciences Faculty Members of Kabul University
Abstract
Specifications and qualities of teachers are usually linked with the learning of students, and the learning of students is always affected by the specifications of teachers. The purpose of this research is to find the effects of teachers’ specifications on the learning of students. Knowledge of teachers from these specifications can help them in well training of students. Also, the teacher recruiting bodies can recruit teachers based on these specifications in order to achieve the training objectives. This research is descriptive and has been carried out within the compound of the Psychology faculty. The data collection has been based on a questionnaire and then the data has been analyzed through SPSS software.
