Abstract

The Education Digitalization Program is a government policy aimed at supporting educational transformation through the use of digital technology in educational institutions. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Education Digitalization Program through the assistance of digital devices. Chromebook And Interactive Flat Panel(IFP) at SD Negeri 1 Buwun Mas and SD Negeri 12 Buwun Mas, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design and was analyzed using the Countenance Stakeholder Evaluation Model, which includes components of antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of principals, teachers, school operators, students, and supervisors. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that, in the antecedents component, SD Negeri 1 Buwun Mas had a better supporting ecosystem readiness than SD Negeri 12 Buwun Mas, as viewed from infrastructure conditions, human resource competencies, school policy support, and the presence of school operators. In the transactions component, program implementation at SD Negeri 1 Buwun Mas has been more structured through device management, scheduling technology utilization, and leadership support from the principal, while at SD Negeri 12 Buwun Mas, program implementation is still influenced by infrastructure limitations and relies on individual initiatives. In the outcomes component, the Education Digitalization Program has a positive impact on increasing the use of digital devices, teachers' digital competence, the effectiveness of digital-based activities, the quality of learning, and benefits for schools, although the achievement of SD Negeri 1 Buwun Mas is more optimal than that of SD Negeri 12 Buwun Mas. This study concludes that the success of the Education Digitalization Program is not only determined by the availability of digital devices, but also by the readiness of the supporting ecosystem and the effectiveness of program management in integrating technology into learning and school management.
